Where are my items stored?
All of your items will be stored locally in our 150,000 square foot warehouse in Brooklyn.

Are my items safe and secure?
All of our storage facilities are sprinklered and equipped with state of the art fire and burglar security systems.

Can I storage-oversized items?
Yes, we can store the following oversized items for you. Click here to view pricing and sign-up.

Can I store my items for an extended period of time?
Yes, we will be happy to provide you with the cost.

Can I access my items before the scheduled delivery date?
Yes, but there is an additional charge.

How many boxes will I need?
The average student uses 4-6 boxes.

Do I have to buy boxes?
No, you can use your own boxes, plastic containers or just pack the items into the student bin. All items must fit into the Student Bin.

What if I need to be picked up or delivered at different times than are offered?
There is an additional $50.00 fee for either the pick up or delivery.

What if I miss my pick up or delivery?
No problem but there is a $50.00 re-schedule fee.
